Like everyone, I have my favorite routines. Here I'll be posting some of my favorite exercises or even full workouts.
I train some aspect of my core each time I workout. Below are a variety of moves I routinely include when I'm training my core.
To mix things up and keep challenging my muscles I vary the number of reps, sets, and resistance I use. Some days I might do one giant set at 40 reps per exercise, or break things up by doing 2-3 sets at 15-25 reps, or even do for each exercise for 30-45 seconds.
